摘    要:目的:研究雄激素受体(AR)在良性前列腺增生(BPH)和前列腺癌(PCa)组织的表达,探讨雄激素受体与良性前列腺增生和前列腺癌的关系。方法:BPH,PCa和正常对照组各20例,AR采用免疫组织化学SP法检测,用半定量方法计算结果。结果:BPH组腺上皮和间质中AR表达阳性率显著高于对照组(P=0.0012,P=0.0276),同时腺上皮中AR强阳性率亦高于对照组(P=0.008),BPH组中AR在腺上皮中的表达比间质中强(P=0.0001)。PCa组AR表达明显低于正常前列腺对照组(P=0.027)。阳性染色颗粒主要分布在前列腺腺上皮的细胞核中,结论:AR在BPH组织中的阳性表达率高于正常前列腺组织,而在PCa组织中的阳性表达率低于正常前列腺组织,AR主要在前列腺腺上皮的细胞核中表达。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of the androgen receptors (AR) in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and prostate cancer(PCa), and investigate the relation between the AR, BPH and PCa. Methods: There were 20 samples in each group of BPH, PCa and normal prostate. The AR in samples were detected by the method of immunohistochemical SP. Results: The positive staining rate and the strong positive staining rate of AR in prostate adenoepithelium and stroma in BPH group were significantly higher than that in normal prostate group ( P - 0. 002 1, P = 0. 027 6, respectively). In BPH group, the expression of AR on prostate adenoepithelium was stronger than that in stroma (P = 0. 000 1) . The expression of AR in PCa group was significantly lower than that in normal prostate group ( P = 0.027). The positive staining was mainly located in the nuclei of prostate adenoepithelium. Conclusion: The positive expression rate of AR in BPH was higher than that in normal prostate, and which in PCa was lower than that in normal prostate. AR mainly expressed on the prostate adenoepithelium.
