| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭合并低钠血症与心力衰竭的转归关系。方法 :40例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者 ,2 2例合并低钠血症 ,18例血钠正常 ,比较血钠正常组与低钠血症组死亡率及低血钠范围与充血性心力衰竭严重程度和死亡率的关系。结果 :血钠正常组与低钠血症组病死率有显著性差异。结论 :慢性充血性心力衰竭的血钠浓度与死亡率有明显关系

| Abstract: | Objective:?To investigate relation between the chronic congestive heart failure(CHF) with hyponatremia and the prognosis of heart failure. Methods:There are forty patients with the chronic CHF and in which twenty two patients with hyponatremia and eighteen patients with normal serum sodium. Compared death rate between the group of normal serum sodium and the group of hyponatremia and relation between range of low serum sodium and patient's condiction and death rate of CHF.Results:?It is shown different that the death rate between concentration of serum sodium.Conclusion:?It is obvious relation between concentration of serum sodium of heart failure and death rate. |
