催产素联合米索前列醇预防产后出血的研究

目的探讨催产素联合米索前列醇预防产后出血的研究及意义。方法将100例孕产妇随机分为对照组50例(催产素组)、观察组50例(催产素联合米索前列醇组),对照两组孕产妇胎儿产出时、产后2h后出血例数、并发产褥感染例数、出血量及凝血酶原时间变化。结果两组分娩前凝血酶原时间(12±1)s,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对照组胎儿产出时出血9例(18%)、产后2h出血8例(16%)、并发产褥感染9例(18%)、凝血酶原时间(16±2)s。观察组胎儿产出时出血2例(4%)、产后2h出血1例(0.5%)、并发产褥感染0例(0%),凝血酶原时间(13±2)s,两组比较具有显著性差异,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论催产素联合米索前列醇可以有效减少胎儿产出时、产后2h后出血及并发产褥感染并发症的发生,并保障了产妇的生命。

Oxytocin Combined with Misoprostol for Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage of Research

Objective Discussion of oxytoein combined with misoprostol for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage and its significance of study. Method 100 eases of pregnant women were randomly divided into 50 cases of the control group （oxytoein group） , 50 eases in observation group were （oxytocin combined with misoprostol group） , control group two maternal fetal production, postpartum hemorrhage after 2h cases, complicated with puerperal infection eases, bleeding volume and prothrombin time changes. Results In the two groups before delivery of the prothrombin time （ 12±1 ） s, no significant difference （P〉0.05） . The control group （9 eases fetal output when bleeding, 18%） , postpartum 2h （n=8, 16%） , complicated with puerperal infection （n=9, 18%） , prothrombin time （16±2） s. The observation group （2 eases of fetal output, 4%） , 2h （1 eases of postpartum hemorrhage, 0.5%） , complicated with puerperal infection （n=0, 0%） ofprothrombin time （13±2） s, two groups showed significant difference in comparison, the observation group was better than control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusions Oxytocin combined with misoprostol can effectively reduce fetal production, postpartum hemorrhage and 2h complicated with puerperal infection complications, and protection of the maternal life.
