上消化道出血患者113例的病因分析及诊治

目的总结分析上消化道出血的病因和临床治疗措施,为有效治疗本病提供线索。方法对113例确诊上消化道出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在本组113例患者中病因排名前三位的依次是,消化性溃疡40例,占35.40%;食管胃底静脉曲张出血23例,占20.35%;胃癌出血17例,占15.04%;药物保守治疗72例,治愈率70.8%;手术治疗41例,治愈率95.1%;总治愈90例,治愈率79.64%;死亡23例,病死率20.36%。结论肠上消化道出血病因较多,病史较长,来势凶猛,但诊断多能第一时间明确,治疗上有多种手段可以选择,早期及时有效的治疗可以改善预后。

Analysis and Diagnosis for 113 Cases of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective To summerize the cause and treatment for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Retrospectly analysis the clinical data for 113 patients suffered upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Results Among three first causes, there were 40 cases of peptic ulcer （35.4%） , 23 cases of bottom of the stomach esophagus varicosity bleeding 20.35%, and 17 cases of stomach cancer hemorrhage （15.04%） . There were 72 cases treated with drug （70.8%） , 41 cases with operation treatment （95.1%） . There were 90 cases cured and 23 cases dead. Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal bleeding causes more, history is long, feral, but the first time definite diagnosis can, are treated in a variety of means can choose, early of effective treatment can improve the prognosis.
