子宫输卵管碘油造影和腹腔镜检查对盆腔粘连不孕诊治价值的探讨

目的比较分析子宫输卵管碘油造影和腹腔镜检查,对盆腔粘连不孕患者诊治的临床疗效与价值。方法选择我院2008年1月至2011年12月收录的接受腹腔镜诊治的不孕症患者396例768条输卵管进行检查。分别行HSG检查和输卵管通液和手术,并比较诊查结果。结果 384条输卵管经HSG和通液检查,阳性符合率(敏感度)为256例,占总数的79.0%,阴性符合率(特异度)为228例,占总数的61.6%。同时,与腹腔镜下检查情况220条比较,HSG结果提示患者软管形态不佳和伞端粘连的共有310条,符合率(220/310)为71.0%;而HSG检查提示,显示积水的输卵管580条,腹腔镜下的检查结果只有410条,符合率(410/580)为70.7%。结论因为HSG对盆腔粘连的不孕患者检查在敏感度与特异度方面有所不同,不管HSG结果如何,应积极进行腹腔镜检查。

Methods In our hospital from 2008January to 2011December included the acceptance of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of infertility patients 396cases of 768tubal check. Were examined by HSG and tubal and operation, and to compare the examination results. Results 384 fallopian tubes by HSG and liquid through examination, positive rate （sensitivity） to 256 cases, accounting for 79% of the total, the negtive rate （ specificity ） for228 cases, accounting for 61.6% of the total. At the same time, and laparoscopie exarnination220 more, HSG results suggest patients hose shape and the umbrella adhesion with a total of 310, the coincidence rate was 71%; （220/310） and HSG revealed, displaying hydrosalpinx fallopian tube580, laparoscopic examination results only 410, the accordance rate （410/580） as of 70.7%. Conclusion Because HSG of pelvic adhesion in infertile patients check in sensitivity and specificity are different, regardless of the HSG result how, should be actively performed laparoscopy.
