| 摘 要： | 从对“谁”可以实施安乐死这一路径入手，揭示安乐死适用条件中所存在的、值得进一步思考和探究的问题。如果尚未从理论上界定安乐死及其相关概念的内涵，那么为安乐死立法或者使之合法化自然也就无从谈起。

| Abstract: | By analyzing who can receive euthanasia,this paper pointed out that there still were many questions deserving exploring as far as euthanasia is concern.The author believed that if we have not made clear euthanasia and its related problems theoretically,it is impossible for us to legalize euthanasia in China. |
