| 摘 要： | 背景 ]探讨急性胰腺炎并发胰性脑病的诊断和治疗 .病例报告 ]65例急性胰腺炎中合并胰性脑病 7例 ,发生率为 11% ,均在 1周内发病 ,出现神经、精神方面的症状 ,4例随急性胰腺炎好转而脑病症状也消失 ,3例因脑病合并其它并发症而死亡 .讨论 ]胰性脑病是急性胰腺炎 ,特别是重症胰腺炎的严重并发症 ,死亡率高 ,对此病的认识有助于早期诊断和治疗胰性脑病 ,降低急性胰腺炎的死亡率

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND?To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis complicated with pancreatic encephalopathy (PE).?CASE REPORT?Of 65 cases of acute pancreatitis, 7(11%) cases complicated with the PE with having the clinical symptoms of nerve and psyche in 7 days, and the clinical symptom of encephalopathy was disappeared in 4 cases of PE when the acute pancreatitis was improved and 3 cases of PE were died with other complications.?DISCUSSION?The PE is a serious complication in acute pancreatitis, especially in acute hemorrhagic necrotic pancreatitis and its mortality rate is very high. Acquaintance with the PE is helpful for us to diagnose and treat it early and reduce its mortality rate. |
