| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）对妊娠结局和新生儿结局的影响。方法对41例GDM患者（GDM组）和100例正常妊娠孕妇（对照组）的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对2组的妊娠结局、妊娠并发症及新生儿结局进行比较。将41例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇列为观察组与同期1O0例非患者作为对照组,进行回顾性分析其临床护理经过,探讨GDM对母婴的影响。结果两组比较羊水过多、妊妊娠高血压综合征（妊高征）、早产、胎儿窘迫、巨大儿、死胎和畸形儿发病率均有显著统计学意义（P〈0.05）,剖宫产率与对照组相比也有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）,产后感染、酮症酸中毒、羊水过少无显著统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论GDM的母婴并发症明显增加。应重视GDM筛查,早期诊治,将血糖控制在正常水平,以减少母婴并发症的发生。
