32例人工流产学生的避孕相关问题定性调查

目的:了解人工流产学生对性行为和人工流产的态度、性及避孕知识水平、避孕状况及需求。方法:采用定性调查的方法,对32名要求终止妊娠的学生进行个人访谈。结果:调查对象对性及避孕知识有一定了解,但掌握程度较浅,且存在认识误区。近50%的对象此次妊娠前未采取过避孕措施,避孕失败的原因主要是避孕方法使用不当。所有对象认为学校应该对学生进行性、避孕及生殖健康等知识宣教。结论:对学生发生性行为、人工流产的现状应予以重视,建议学校给学生提供性及避孕知识教育,使之能从正规渠道获得系统、科学的知识,从而减少意外妊娠和人工流产的发生。

Qualitative Research on Induced Abortion Among 15-21 aged Students

Objective: To understand young students' current attitude to sexual behavior and induced abortion, knowledge about sex and contraceptives, and contraceptive status and demands as well. Methods: Deeply individual interviews were conducted among 32 students aged 15-21 years who wanted to terminate unwilling pregnancies. Results: Currently, sexual behavior among students was unavoidable. These students had some knowledge about the contraceptives which appeared inadequate and incorrect. Nearly half of the students never adopted any contraceptives, and the main reason of contraceptive failure was incorrect use of contraceptives. All these interviewed students thought that the school-based health education on sex, contraception and reproductive health was necessary. Conclusion: It is recommended that school-based reproductive health education with correct and sufficient information should be provided for the students to reduce unwilling pregnancy and induced abortion.
