大黄滴鼻抗炎作用的实验研究

目的:观察大黄滴鼻的抗炎作用。方法:通过大黄滴鼻对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响、对角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀的影响以及对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响,验证大黄滴鼻的抗炎作用。结果:大黄滴鼻各剂量药组吸光度值与模型对照组比较均有不同程度的差异(P<0.05),说明大黄水提物能明显降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加;角叉菜胶致炎后2h、4h、6h,大黄水提物均能不同程度地减轻大鼠足跖肿胀,与模型组比较,肿胀率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);大黄水提物各剂量组小鼠耳廓肿胀度均低于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),肿胀抑制率可达37.33%,说明大黄水提物能明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论:大黄滴鼻对炎症有较好的抑制作用。

Experimental Study on the Anti-inflammatory Effect of Rhubarb Nose Drops

Objective:To observe the antiphlogistic effects of rhubarb nose drops.Methods: This study aimed to reach the objective by observing the effects of rhubarb nose drops on mouse celiac capillary vessel permeation,the effects of carragheenin on rat foot swell,and the effects of xylene on mouse auricle swell.Results: The absorbance ratio in each dosage group of rhubarb nose drops varied with different degrees from that of the model group(P<0.05).After 2 hours, 4 hours,and 6 hours of foot swell caused by carragheenin,the extract water of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei could lighten the swell of rat foot with different degrees,which had statistic significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01) compared with that of the model group.The degrees of mouse auricle swell in each dosage group of rhubarb nose drops were differently lower than that of the model group.The swell restrain ratio reached 37.33%.The statistical significance was P<0.05 or P<0.01.Conclusion: Rhubarb nose drops can well restrain inflammation.
