摘    要:目的:研究白芍中的农药残留,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法:利用气相色谱法,测定了10批白芍样品中BHC、PCNB和DDT的残留量。结果:10批白芍样品中BHC、PCNB和DDT残留量均未检出。结论:气相色谱法测定白芍中的农药残留特征性及专属性强,可用于全面控制白芍的质量,为白芍药材质量标准的制定提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective:To study the pesticide residue of Radix Paeoniae Alba for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae Alba.Methods: GC method was applied for the determination of BHC,PCNB and DDT in 10 lots of Radix Paeoniae Alba products.Results: There were not BHC,PCNB and DDT in the 10 lots of Radix Paeoniae Alba products.Conclusion: GC is a good way to determine the content of pesticide residue in Radix Paeoniae Alba products.
