电针头穴对90例血管性痴呆患者认知功能改善的临床研究

目的:采用随机对照试验的方法,研究电针头穴对血管性痴呆患者认知功能的改善,为针灸临床提供可靠证据。方法:将纳入试验的90例患者随机分配到药物组、电针组和针药结合组,共治疗6周。治疗前后分别进行MMSE量表和事件相关电位的检测。结果:三个组对血管性痴呆患者的认知功能改善均有效,但组间比较没有差异。结论:药物组、电针组和针药组治疗VD患者前后相比对认知功能均有不同程度的改善,均可以减轻VD患者的心理负荷,增强注意力,缩短他们对认知任务开始期待的时间,且电针头穴配合使用尼莫地平治疗效果有优于单用尼莫地平或电针头穴治疗的趋势。

The clinical research on scalp electric acupuncture improving the cognition function of 90 vascular dementia patients

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of scalp electric acupuncture on vascular dementia,and apply the evidence for clinic.Methods:90 patients were involved in this trial,and divided into 3 groups.Every group measured MMSE measuring scale,and ERP test before treatment,and then rechecked 6 weeks later when treatment courese were completed.Result:This trial was well comleted and the characteristics of 3 groups were comparable.The entire groups had effect on treating VD,but there were no significant differences between them.Conclusion:Both of scalp electric acupuncture and scalp electric acupuncture with Nimodipine can effectively retrieve the cognition function,but there were still the effect variability left to affirm when the whole sample were completed.
