鼻源性突眼18例临床分析

目的:探讨鼻源性疾病引起突眼的原因,诊断和治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院2009年1月至2011年10月收治的18例鼻源性突眼患者资料。结果:18例鼻源性突眼患者中,其中淋巴瘤6例,鼻窦囊肿5例,嗅神经母细胞瘤2例,额筛窦脓肿、额筛窦鳞癌、脑膜瘤及筛窦滑膜肉瘤、筛窦骨异常增生各1例。全部病例均经CT和病理检查确诊。良性病变引起的突眼患者眼球全部回位,但视力恢复程度不同,恶性病变患者随着不同治疗方案的应用,患者突眼症状有不同程度的缓解。结论:对于以突眼为主要表现的患者应考虑鼻源性疾病的可能,做出正确诊断。

Clinical analysis of 18 cases of rhinogenic exophthalmos

Objective: To explore the etiology,diagnosis and therapy of rhinogenous exophthalmos. Methods: Eighteen patients with rhinogenous ophthalmocele disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2009 to October 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of all the eighteen patients with rhinogenous ophthalmocele disease,there were six lymphoma,five Cyst of nasal sinus,two Olfactory neuroblastoma,one Frontal ethmoid sinus abscess,one Frontal ethmoid sinus squamous cell carcinoma,one Meningiomas,one Ethmoid sinus synovial sarcoma,and one Ethmoid bone abnormal growts.All patients were diagnosed by CT and pathologic examination.Exophthalmos which caused by benign lesions return to their place but the visual acuity return to different level.Patients with malignant lesions with the application of different treatments,their exophthalmos symptoms had different degrees of ease. Conclusion: Patients with exophthalmos symptoms should be considered the possibility of nasal disease and make the right diagnosis.
