荧光原位杂交技术检测对复发性膀胱癌的诊断价值

摘    要:目的:探讨荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术在膀胱癌复发检测中的价值。方法:经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切或者钬激光切除术后患者49例,分别采用膀胱镜、FISH技术和尿脱落细胞学方法检测膀胱癌复发情况。结果:检测结果发现,膀胱癌术后复发31例。FISH技术、尿脱落细胞学检查对膀胱癌复发诊断的特异性均为100%。FISH技术检测敏感性为83.9%,高于尿脱落细胞学检测的敏感性(38.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FISH技术较细胞学检测对诊断膀胱癌复发更为有效,具有广阔的临床应用前景。

Abstract:Objective: Evaluate the diagnostic value of chromosomal analysis by fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) for patients with recurrence bladder cancer. Methods: A total of 49 bladder cancer patients treated by transurethral resection or by Ho:YAG laser of the bladder were included in this study.To detect the recurrence of bladder cancer with bladder lens,FISH and urine cytology.The sensitivities and specificities of each method were compared. Results: Recurrence was found in 31 of the patients.Both the FISH and urine cytology achieved a 100% specificity in the detection of the recurrence of bladder cancer,and the sensitivity of the FISH(83.9%) for bladder cancer was significantly higher than that of urine cytology(38.7%). Conclusion: The FISH assay technique is more effective for monitoring the recurrence of bladder cancer than cytology and cystoscopy inhas methods,and it might have broad prospective clinical application.
