双波长法检测精浆中唾液酸含量

摘    要:由于果糖与精浆中的唾液酸(SA)有相似的吸收峰,为消除果糖对测定SA的干扰,采用双波长法测定精浆SA,结果表明,24例正常生育男性和98例不育男性精浆SA含量,双波长法较单波长法差异显著;正常男性与精子活动力低下、阻塞性无精、少精症差异显著。SA与精子活力、精子在附睾中发育的程度以及精子密度等密切相关,双波长法为消除干扰提供了一个新的途径。

Abstract:To examine sialic acid (SA) contents in seminal plasma by Single Reagent,there is a absoption zone of fructose near the SA zone. In order to eliminate the interference,the paper reports a double wave-length method for the examination. The study of sialic acid in seminal plasma from 24 fertile and 98 infertile men shows that the concentrations by double wave-length method are significantly different to that by single wave-length method. The contents of SA in norozoospermic specimens (1180.7±104.4mg/L,x±s,50 cases)are significantly different (P<0.01) from the asthenospermic specimens (1403.8±87.4 mg/L,27 cases),azoospermic Ⅱ(ductal obstruction, 957.6±107.8 mgL,13 cases) and the oligospermic (specimens 994.5±117.6mg/ L,21 cases),but there are no significant differences between the normozoospermic specimens and the azoospermia Ⅰ(secretory failure,(1058.1±97.4) mg/L, 16 cases or the specimens (1098.7±241.6mg/ L, 21 cases, P>0.05), which U.urealyticum culturing is positive. In the male reproductive system, the sialic acid are synthesized and secreted by the dpididymal epithelium. Its level in seminal plasma may influence maturation of spermatozoa in the epididymis, and there may be some important indicators of the epididymal function and the activity or density of spermatozoa. Double wave-length method for examine SA in seminal plasma may provide a new visual field for discussion.
