Vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎的临床对比研究

目的 :比较 Vitapex糊剂和碘仿糊剂对乳牙慢性根尖周炎的充填效果和疗效。方法 :1 2 6个乳牙慢性尖周炎按照 1∶ 1配对 ,随机分为 Vitapex糊剂根充组 63个牙和碘仿糊剂根充组 63个牙 ,常规清理预备根管 ,消毒后充填根管。比较两组的操作时间、充填效果和 1年疗效。结果 :Vitapex糊剂组根充操作时间短于碘仿糊剂组 ,欠填数 ( 6例 )低于碘仿糊剂组 ( 2 4例 ) ,治疗后随访 1年 ,Vitapex糊剂根充组疗效 ( 92 .1 % )明显优于碘仿糊剂根充组疗效 ( 77.8% )。结论 :Vitapex糊剂根充治疗乳牙慢性尖周炎疗效好 ,操作简便 ,临床应用前景广阔

A Case-control Examination of Vitapex Paste in Treatment of Primary Chronic Periapical Diseases

Objective: To compare the effectiveness of Vitapex and Iodorform paste in treatment of primary chronic periapical diseases. Methods: 126 cases of primary chronic periapical diseases were pair-matched and randomly divided into 2 groups: one group(63 cases)was treated with Vitapex and the other(63 cases) was treated with Iodorform paste. Every primary tooth canal was cleaned and disinfected, then filled with the paste, respectively. Results: The operation time in Vitapex group was shorter than that of control group . The root canal filling effect and treatment effectiveness were significantly higher in Vitapex group than in control group. Conclusion: Vitapex treatment of primary chronic periapical diseases is highly effective, simple, useful in clinic.
