岳阳市1993-2005 年淋病流行病学分析

目的了解岳阳市淋病流行趋势,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法对全市1993-2005年疫情资料进行统计学分析。结果1993-2005年岳阳市共报告淋病3 992例,年平均发病率为5.96/10万。男性淋病发病率在1996-2003年逐年上升,年平均增长率为46.40%,2004年和2005年又有所下降;女性淋病发病率在1996年后逐渐上升,在1998年达高峰,随后逐年下降。其中1997-1999年,女性淋病发病率高于男性。淋病患者的发病年龄集中在15～40岁,职业以农民、工人为主,初中文化程度者最常见。淋病主要发生于已婚者,传染来源以非婚性接触为主,占67.13%。结论淋病仍是岳阳市性传播疾病(STD)的优势病种。应加强对淋病,尤其是男性淋病的监测,采取有针对性的措施,以有效控制淋病。

Epidemiological Analysis on Gonorrhea from 1993 to 2005 in Yueyang City

Objective To study the prevalence trend of gonorrhea from 1993 to 2005 in Yueyang and provide a scientific basis for the further control of gonorrhea.Method The data of the gonorrhea epidemic situation were collected and analyzed.Result 3 992 gonorrhea cases were reported in Yueyang from 1993 to 2005 and the annual incidence was 5.96 per 100 thousand residents.The incidence of gonorrhea in male was increased from 1996 to 2003 with the average incidence of 46.40% and was decreased in the last 2 years.While the incidence in female was increased from 1996 to 1998 but decreased gradually in the last 6 years.The incidence of gonorrhea in female was higher than that of male from 1997 to 1999.Most patients were farmers or workers who were middle school graduates and were mainly between 15 to 40 years old.The most popular way of transmission was through extramarital sex,accounted for 67.13%.Conclusion Gonorrhea is the predominant STD in Yueyang.Surveillance of gonorrhea,especially gonorrhea in male,should be strengthened and measures should be taken to control the disease effectively.
