| 摘 要： | 目的:分析烤瓷粘接桥修复牙列缺损失败及引起并发症的原因。方法:收集烤瓷粘接桥修复后修复体破损及导致并发症137例,分析产生原因。结果:烤瓷粘接桥使用一段时间后,松动、脱落占失败原因第一位;基牙继发龋病占第二位;其余为破裂、牙龈炎、外观不满意等。结论:了解烤瓷粘接桥修复牙列缺损失败的原因,对于重新制作具有临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the reasons of failure of ceramic resin-bonded bridge repair the cases of dentition defect. Methods: 137 cases of the demolition of ceramic repair were analyzed. Results: The loosening of ceramic repair were the first reason; The second reason were abutment recurrent caries and then dummy breaking, gingivitis and periodontitis etc.Conclusion: Understanding the reason of ceramic resin-bonded repair failure could be high clinical value to re-make the ceramic repair. |
