| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊眼外伤诊断中床旁超声的临床价值。方法对急诊眼外伤患者123例床旁超声检查的结果进行分析。结果123例(197只伤眼)眼外伤均获得满意超声声像图;外伤性白内障、玻璃体混浊、眼内异物发病率相对较高;眼外伤超声诊断总符合率达93%。结论床旁超声诊断符合率较高,检查快捷方便,应作为眼外伤的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of emergency bedside ultrasound in diagnosis of eye injury.Methods On the emergency 123 cases of ocular trauma patients were checked with bedside ultrasound,and the results were analyed.Results Total 123 cases(197 injuried eyes) were satisfied with the ocular trauma ultrasound imaging;traumatic cataract ,vitreous opacity,intraocular foreign body is relatively high incidence of eye trauma;the overall coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 93%.Conclusion Bedsi... |
