| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针吸细胞学检查诊断乳腺癌的临床意义。方法：对78例女性乳腺肿块病人进行术前针吸细胞学检查。结果：确诊68例，占87．2％；可疑7例，占8．9％；假阴性2例，占2．6％；假阳性2例，占2．6％。结论：针吸细胞学检查乳腺癌诊断率高，方法简便，具有一定的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical diagnostic evaluation of mammary gland needle-sucking cytology checks in mammary gland lump. Methods: A total of 78 mammary gland lump female patients were diagnosed by needle-sucking cytology check before the operation then identified after the surgery operation. Results: 68 of all patients were confirmed to have the breast cancer (87.2%), Suspicious 7(8.9%), False negative 2(2.6%), False positive 2(2.6%). Conclusions: The confirmed diagnosis rate of breast cancer is higher using the way of needle-sucking cytology check; the method is simple and convenient. |
