| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年中晚期肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞的效果。方法回顾性分析102例高龄肝癌患者，采用肝动脉化疗栓塞的临床随访资料。结果102例老年中晚期肝癌进行147次化疗栓塞，总有效率（CR＋PR）72．5％，半年生存率为79．1％，1年生存率为39．5％，2年生存率为7．8％。结论老年中晚期肝癌行肝动脉化疗栓塞是安全而有效的介入治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of hepatic arterial chemoembolization in 102 elderly cases of middle or advanced stage hepatic carcinoma. Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical and follow-up data of 102 elderly cases of middle or advanced stage hepatic carcinoma treated by hepatic arterial chemotherapy or/and embolization. Results 147 hepatic arterial chemotherapies or/and embolizations were performed in these cases . The total effective rate was 72.5%. The survival rates of 6,12 and 24 months were 79. 1% ,39.5% and 7.8% ,respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that hepatic arterial chemotherapy or/ and embolization be a safe and effective therapeutic measure for elderly cases of middle or advanced stage hepatic carcinoma . |
