| 摘 要： | 目的预测住院恶性肿瘤病人下肢深静脉血栓的发生风险并进行相关因素分析。方法对477例住院恶性肿瘤病人进行Wells评分及D-dimer检查,对Wells评分1分且D-dimer阳性及Wells评分≥2分的病人行双下肢彩色多普勒检查,并分析恶性肿瘤病人下肢深静脉血栓的相关因素。结果 477例恶性肿瘤病人中发生下肢深静脉血栓者44例,发生率为9.22%;卧床(>3 d)、吸烟史是住院恶性肿瘤病人血栓形成的危险因素。结论对于卧床(>3 d)、有吸烟史的恶性肿瘤病人要警惕其住院期间发生下肢深静脉血栓。

| Abstract: | Objective To predict the risk of deep -vein thrombosis （DVT） in lower limbs of cancer inpatients and to analyze the related factors. Methods A total of 477 cancer inpatients were recruited and assessed by Wells Scale combined with D - dimer test. Patients with Wells score one point and positive D - dimer test, or Wells score over two points were examined by both lower limbs Color Doppler examination. Factors related with DVT were analyzed. Results A total of 44 cancer inpatients were occurred DVT in 477 cases, the incidence of DVT was 9.22%. Lying in bed over 3 days and smoking history were risk factors of DVT in cancer inpatients. Conclusion More attention should be paid to cancer inpatients with lying in bed over 3 days and smoking history in case of DVT. |
