| 摘 要： | 目的探讨信息支持对提高肝癌患者射频消融术后生存质量的影响。方法选取在微创介入科住院并确诊为肝癌拟行射频消融术的67例患者,接受为期3个月的信息支持干预,干预包括肿瘤微创网络信息支持、护理专业信息支持、家庭成员信息支持。结果提高了患者生存质量和治疗依从性(P<0.01)。结论信息支持可以提高肝癌患者射频消融术后的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of information support on the quality of life in patients with hepatic cancer treated by radiofrequeney ablation （ RFA）. Methods A total of 67 hepatic cancer patients receiving RFA accepted a 3 - month information supper program. It included internet information support, nursing information support and family information support. Results The quality of life and therapeutic compliance of patients were improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Information support can enhance the quality of life in patients with hepatic cancer treated by radiofrequency ablation. |
