摘    要:目的探讨心导管室接台手术操作间内空气质量的变化,为有效控制医院感染提供依据。方法心导管室操作间常规消毒,采样检测手术前及连续手术达到4台的操作间内空气菌落情况,空气菌落情况以导管室不同采样位点细菌沉降菌落平均值表示。结果对操作间进行66次细菌分析显示,在一定范围内随着手术台数的增加,心导管室菌落数明显升高(P<0.01)。结论随着手术台数的增加,操作间空气细菌含量不断升高,应严格控制操作间工作人员数量、操作间表面及物品的清洁状况,在进行连台手术的中间应进行快速有效的空气消毒,提高室内的空气清洁度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the change of air quality in the following operating room of catheterization laboratory, to provided reference for the effective control of hospital infection. Methods The operating room of catheterization laboratory was disinfected routinely. Air colony in operating room before the operation and continuous operation reached 4 units were detected. Air colony was expressed by the average of bacterial settlement colony in the different sampling of catheterization laboratory. Results A total of 66 bacteria analysis of operating room showed that in a certain range with the increase of operation number, the catheterization laboratory colony increased ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion With the increase of the number of operation, the bacterial colony in the air of operating rooms is rising. The clean condition of surface and articles, and number of staff in the operating room should be strictly controlled. The air in the continuous operation should be disinfected quickly and effectively, so as to improve the clean degree of the indoor air.
