来氟米特联合中药治疗慢性进展性IgA肾病的临床研究

目的观察自拟益肾化瘀方配合来氟米特治疗慢性进展性IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法将确诊为IgA肾病的患者45例随机分为中药组、西药组和中西医结合组各15例,中药组予以自拟益肾化瘀方治疗,西药组予以来氟米特治疗,中西医结合组在来氟米特治疗基础上联合自拟益肾化瘀方治疗,观察3组疗效。结果治疗6个月后总有效率中药组80%,西药组71%,中西医结合组93%。各组治疗后24 h尿蛋白均显著改善(P0.01或0.05),中西医结合组更明显(P0.05)。结论自拟益肾化瘀方配合来氟米特治疗IgA肾病,近期降尿蛋白疗效显著,具有较好的耐受性及安全性。

Clinical study of Chinese medicine combined with leflunomide on IgA nephropathy

Objective It is to observe the therapeutic effect on IgA nephropathy(IgAN) treated with the method of nourishing Yin and dissolve the stagnation(Chinese medical therapy) combined with leflunomide.Methods 45 patients with IgAN were randomly divided into 3 groups: Chinese medical group,Western medical group and integrated tcm-wm group,and with 15 cases in each group.The cases were treated respectively with Chinese medical decoction for nourishing Yin and dissolve the stagnation in Chinese medical group,leflunomide in Western medical group,and Chinese medical combined with leflunomide in integrated tcm-wm group.The therapeutic effects were observed after treatment in all groups.Results After 6 month′s treatment,the total effective rate respectively was 80% in Chinese medical group,71% in Western medical group and 93% in integrated tcmwm group.The quantitate of urinary protein in 24 h have improved noticeably in all groups(P<0.01 or 0.05),but it was obviously in integrated tcm-wm group.Conclusion The treatment with nourishing Yin and dissolve the stagnation combined with leflunomide for IgAN has a significant curatire effect on urinary protein,and it is safety and effective choices.
