| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析我国传统医药知识的构成特点，结合国际上对于传统知识保护的舆论趋势，就我国传统医药知识的保护提出了自己的构想，认为专利保护措施应当是对传统医药领域发明创造的首选途径，并对传统药物的专利保护对象进行了具体的分析。

| Abstract: | By the analysis of the component characteristics of traditional medical knowledge and in combination with the international trends of public opinion in the protection of traditional knowledge , this article puts forward an idea about the protection of traditional medical knowledge in China, maintaining that measures for the protection of patents should be chosen as the primary approach to the protection of discoveries and inventions in the field of traditional medicines, and specifically analyzes the objects of patent protection in traditional medicines. |
