| 摘 要： | 目的观察联合镇痛法用于肛肠病术后的效果及并发症的防范。方法选择肛肠疾病患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例,治疗组采用术前口服双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊、术后以复方祖师麻长效止痛剂局部注射,对照组以复方薄荷脑液治疗,对比观察两组术后伤口疼痛、创面水肿、肛门坠胀、尿潴留、排便困难等并发症的情况。结果治疗组在缓解疼痛、减轻并发症等方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论联合镇痛法用于肛肠病术后疗效确切,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of diclofenac sodium and Zushima on anorectal surgery.Methods 120 patients with anorectal disease were divided into 2 groups including treatment group（60 cases） and control group（60 cases）.The postoperative wound pain,wound edema,anal bulge,urinary retention and bowel difficulties were observed.Results the analgesia and complications reduced in treatment group were better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion It is effective to treat ano-rectal diseases with diclofenac sodium and Zushima on anorectal surgery. |
