囊袋张力环治疗晶状体半脱位的观察

目的 探讨囊袋张力环治疗晶状体半脱位及预防后发障的疗效。方法 对7例7眼晶状体半脱位患者。5眼行白内障超声乳化 囊袋张力环 折叠式人工晶状体植入，2眼行非超声乳化小切白内障外摘除 囊袋张力环 一体式人工晶状体植入。结果 7例7眼晶状体半脱位的白内障患者，均顺利植入了囊袋张力环及人工晶状体，术后患者视力均得以提高，撕囊口完整，人工晶状体位正，后囊膜平整。无皱缩、混浊、术中术后无明显并发症。结论 对于晶状体半脱位给患者，囊袋张力环可增加手术的安全性，维持晶状体囊袋的完整性及人工晶状体的正常位置，抑制囊袋收缩，防止人工晶状体上皮细胞增殖到后囊，减少后囊膜混浊的机会，降低后发障的发生率。

Capsular tension ring for the treatment of lens subluxation

Objective To explore curative effect of using capsular tension ring cluring lens subluxation and preventing after-cataract.Methods There were 7 cases with lens subluxation(7 eyes),5 casees(5 eyes)were cured by phacoemusification,capsular tension ring and fold intraocular lens(IOL) implantation,the other eye was cured by not phacoemusification small incision extrcapsular cateract exration,capsular tension ring and IOL implantation.Results All cases were smoothly implanted capsular tension ring and IOL.After operation,all cases had better eyesight,had whole capsulorhexis and right position of IOL,had smooth,pure back-capular film.There were no apparent complication.Conclusions For cases with lens subluxation,capsular tension ting could improve safety of operation,stand the whole of lens capsular and the right position of IOL,decrease capsular to contract,prevent cell of IOL from growing to back-capular film.The operation decreased impurify of back-capsular film and chance of afer-cataract.
