负压吸引术与传统引流在口底多间隙感染切开引流术中应用的比较研究

目的通过两种引流方式负压吸引术与传统引流在口底多间隙感染切开引流中的应用的比较研究,观察负压吸引术是否优于传统引流。方法51例行口底多间隙感染切开引流术患者分成两组,分别应用负压吸引术,传统引流,通过临床观察的主客观评价标准进行对比研究。结果应用负压吸引术的患者自觉疼痛轻,痛苦小,引流时间短,住院时间短。结论在口底多间隙感染切开引流术中,应用负压吸引术优于传统引流。

Comparative study of incision and drainage for interspaces infection of the floor of the mouth wjth suction dratnage and traditional drainage

Objective This study was to evaluate if suction drainage was better than traditional drainage by investigating comparatively the using of them.Methods 51 cases of incision and drainage of interpaces infection of the floor of the mouth were randomly divided into 2 groups,traditional drainage and suction drainage were performed in 26 and 25 patients respectively.10-15 days after operation,the patients were asked for following-up two times through objective and subjective standards.Results The patients who were treated by suction drainage felt little pains.the time of drainage was short and the hospital time was short,too.Conclusion In incision and drainage for interspaces infection of the floor of the mouth,suction drainage is better than traditional drainage.
