医生职业倦怠与社会支持、集体效能的关系

摘    要:目的以医生集体效能为团体调节变量来探讨医生社会支持与职业倦怠的关系。方法采用社会支持量表、集体效能信念量表和中国职业倦怠问卷对11所医院的461名医生进行调查。结果1医生职业倦怠轻、中、重度的比率分别为20.17%、21.47%、25.60%;2医生的社会支持负向预测成就感降低(β=-0.25,P0.001);3集体效能对社会支持与成就感降低之间关系的负向预测作用极其显著(β=0.06,P0.001)。结论社会支持对职业倦怠有显著负向预测作用,集体效能负向预测了社会支持与职业倦怠的关系。

Abstract:Objective This study is considered doctors' collective efficacy as modulation valuables in group level to study the relations between job burnout and social support. Methods A total of 461 doctors from 11 hospitals were surveyed by questionnaires. Results ①Among these physicians,20.17% subjects experienced slight burnout,21.47% subjects experienced moderate burnout and 25.60% subjects experienced high burnout. ②On diminished personal accomplishment,social support was significant negative anticipation gene(β=-0.25,P〈0.001).③On hospital work department level,doctor collective efficacy could negatively anticipate the relation between social support and diminished personal accomplishment(β=0.06,P〈0.001).Conclusion Social support can negatively predict job burnout. Collective efficacy can negatively predict the relation between social support and job burnout.
