探讨标本状态对全血细胞检测结果的影响

目的:探讨标本状况对全血细胞分析结果的影响。方法:采用日本Sysmex KX-21N血细胞分析仪进行检测,对数例有脂血、黄疸、溶血、小红细胞等标本状况的检测结果进行分析;校正分别用白细胞和血小板稀释液稀释标本后,充入计数池内进行白细胞和血小板计数;脂血标本用等量生理盐水或稀释液洗涤后重测血红蛋白;由抽血引起的溶血标本重抽血,再行检测。结果:脂血标本血红蛋白明显升高,黄疸标本白细胞计数显著增高,小红细胞影响血小板假性增高,溶血标本红细胞和压积降低,与血红蛋白比例明显不符。结论:通过分析全血细胞检测结果各参数之间的关系,可找出影响其结果的因素,予以校正,加强审核结果的环节,为临床提供准确、可靠的检验结果。

Effect of status of specimen on test results

Objective To study the effect of specimen status on the analysis results of whole blood cell.Method Using the Sysmex KX-21N hematology analyzer to detect blood cell,several test results on the number of patients with lipemia,jaundice,hemolysis,small red blood cells and other samples were analyzed;test result was corrected by filling the counting pool with diluted white blood cell and platelet by manual count;measured the hemoglobin again after washing the lipemia samples with an equal amount of NS or sample dilution;hemolysis caused by drawing blood need to detect after drawing blood again.Results Hemoglobin in lipemia samples is significantly higher;white blood cell count in jaundice samples is significantly higher also;small red blood cells due to platelet false increased;the RBC and HCT in hemolysis sample were decreased,obviously not in conformity with the proportion of hemoglobin.Conclusion By analyzing the results of whole blood cells,the relationship among the parameters can identify factors that may affect the results and be corrected.Audit results to strengthen links,provide accurate,reliable test results for clinical.
