35例糖尿病合并视网膜静脉阻塞的临床分析

目的:探讨糖尿病合并视网膜静脉阻塞(retinal vein occlusion,RVO)的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析35例(36只眼)糖尿病合并视网膜静脉阻塞患者的视力、眼底、荧光素眼底血管造影(fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA),及伴随的全身情况。并对RVO进行分型。结果:视力<0.1有24只眼(66.7%),25只眼(69.4%)表现为视网膜中央静脉阻塞,22只眼(61.1%)为缺血型,30例(85.7%)患者伴随有高血压、高血脂、糖尿病肾病等全身情况。结论:糖尿病合并视网膜静脉阻塞是糖尿病的全身性血管病变的一种表现,可导致严重视力损害,要注重远期的随访观察,定期进行眼科检查。

Clinical analysis of 35 cases with retinal vein occlusion caused by diabetes

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic of retinal vein occlusion（RVO）caused by diabetes.Method The clinical data of 35 patients with retinal vein occlusion caused by diabetes were analyzed retrospectively including visual acuities,fundus,fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）and their general conditions.RVO were categorized as well.Results Visual acuities of 24 eyes（66.7%）were less than 0.1.Central retinal vein occlusion（CRVO）were found in 25 eyes（69.4%）.Ischemic RVO were observed in 22 eyes（61.1%）.Thirty cases（85.7%）accompanied with hypertension,hyperlipidemia or diabetic nephropathy.Conclusion RVO caused by diabetes is one of the general vessel lesions of diabetes and can cause serious damage of visual acuity.Follow-up survey and regular eyes examinations are very important and necessary for the diabetic patients.
