糖尿病患者健康教育的实施效果评价

目的:为研究护理健康教育对糖尿病患者知识水平的促进作用,探讨系统的、个体化的糖尿病健康教育方法,以提高护理教育在糖尿病患者治疗过程中的实施效果。方法:本研究采取方便抽样的方法,选取住院的98例糖尿病患者实施系统的护理健康教育。利用自行设计的健康知识水平评估表对糖尿病患者进行健康教育前后的知识水平进行测试,并将所得数据输入SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:通过糖尿病护理教育,糖尿病患者掌握的糖尿病知识较接受护理教育前均有不同程度的提高,施教前后糖尿病患者健康知识水平等级比较2χ=121.24,P<0.005,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者实施的系统的、个体化的护理健康教育前后糖尿病患者健康知识水平等级较施教前有显著性提高。

Effect of health education for diabetes patients

Objective To study the effect of health education for the diabetics. To discuss the systematic and individual health education method for diabetes patients in therapy. Method This research used convenience sampling method to select 98 diabetes patients in internal secretion ward of my hospital. Give them test with self - designed healthy knowledge questionary before and after health education, and the obtained data were analyzed with SPSS software. Results After the health education, the diabetes knowledge of the patients showed different degrees of enhancement, and the difference was significant （X2 = 121.24 ,P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion The systematic and individual health ed- ucation can elevate the healthy knowledge in diabetic patients markedly.
