摘    要:目的:探讨低场强磁共振成像(MR I)及磁共振静脉成像(MRV)对颅内静脉窦血栓形成的诊断价值。方法:收集8例经临床证实的颅内静脉窦血栓患者,均用0.35T磁共振成像仪行MR I及MRV检查,分析MR I及MRV在该病中的应用价值。结果:MR I平扫中见正常的静脉窦流空信号消失,MRV见静脉窦闭塞,增强MR I见空三角征。结论:低场强MR I及MRV是颅内静脉窦血栓形成的有效诊断手段。

Diagnostic value of MRI and MRV in cranial venous sinus thrombosis

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of MRI and MRV in the diagnosis of cranial venous sinus thrombosis (CVST). Method - Collectted 8 cases were treated clinical verification of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis patients, all with 0. 35 T magnetic resonance earners line MRI and MRV inspection, analysis of the disease MRV in MRI and application value, Results MRI flat sweep seeing normal vein DouLiu empty signals disappear, MRV seeing venous sinus out - of - the - way, enhance MRI see empty triangle of duty. Conclusion MRI and low field MRV is effective diagnosis methods for intracranial venous sinus thrombosis.
