| 摘 要： | 目的：采用“纤维蛋白原-凝血酶”法建立人胃癌组织块裸鼠胃癌原位移植模型，为研究胃癌的发病机制及实验治疗提供理想的动物模型。方法：以人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901反复接种传代于BALB／C裸鼠皮下形成的皮下移植瘤组织块为材料，采用“纤维蛋白原-凝血酶”法将其粘贴于裸鼠胃壁，观察原位移植瘤的生长情况，移植成功率及转移情况。结果：“纤维蛋白原-凝血酶”法人胃癌组织块原位移植成功率为100％，局部淋巴结转移率为100％，肝脏及其他脏器转移发生率为83％，腹腔积液形成率为50％。结论：“纤维蛋白原-凝血酶”法能成功地建立人胃癌组织块裸鼠原位移植模型，并能很好地重现胃癌患者的临床转移过程，可为胃癌的临床研究提供一种简便、易行的实验模型。
