| 摘 要： | 目的]了解医护人员锐器伤害防护知识知晓和防护措施实施现况,评价防护措施的效果。方法]用横断面调查,对省内9家医院职业暴露风险较大科室的医护人员905人进行问卷调查。结果]有效问卷率91.8。仅有9.6%的医护人员掌握血源性病原体种类、可能的感染途径及疫苗等知识;医疗活动中使用安全器械者仅20.9%;有48.1%医护人员能正确处理使用过的医疗锐器。结论]加强医护人员锐器伤害防护培训,推广安全器械使用,正确处理用过的锐器,可以有效地降低伤害发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the prevention knowledge awareness and measure of injuries of sharp objects(ISO) in health care workers(HCW) and evaluate efficiency of protection measure in Fujian.Methods] Totally 905 HCW in 9 hospitals were interviewed with questionnaires for ISO by cross-sectional study.Results] Only 9.6% of HCW understood the knowledge of types of blood borne pathogens,possible transmission routes and vaccination.The use of safety-engineered devices during the course of medical service was 20.9% and the percentage of HCW for correct treatment of sharp object was 48.1% only.Conclusion] It is effective to reduce ISO occurrence rate in HCW through regular occupational training,safety device promoting and appropriately sharp device disposing. |
