肇庆市副溶血性弧菌血清分型和耐药性研究

目的掌握肇庆市副溶血性弧菌的血清型分布及耐药水平,为预防副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病的发生,有效地指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法血清学检测采用玻片凝集法,用K-B法测定耐药性。结果2007-2009年收集的62株副溶血性弧菌中,在46株食物中毒分离株中完全分型45株,共分出8个血清型,以O3：K6为主,占45.7%（21/46）;在8株食品污染物分离株中完全分型8株,共分出4个血清型,以O1：K48为主,占50.0%（4/8）;在8株门诊病人分离株中完全分型8株,共分出4个血清型,以O3：K6为主,占50.0%（4/8）。对头孢呋辛、头孢噻肟、头孢噻吩有极高的耐药率,均在50.00%以上;对氧哌嗪西林、羧苄西林、氨苄西林、氯霉素的耐药率分别为38.71%、33.87%、20.97%和9.68%;对头孢曲松、头孢他啶、头孢西丁、环丙沙星、阿米卡星、左氟沙星、庆大霉素、四环素、甲氧苄啶等9种抗生素完全敏感。结论重点要防治O3：K6型及耐6种抗生素的副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病,氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类作为副溶血性弧菌感染的首选药物。

Study on Serotype and Drug Resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Zhaoqing
