妊娠合并子宫肌瘤67例分析

目的 探讨子宫肌瘤与妊娠分娩之间的相互影响及剖宫产术中同时剜除了宫肌瘤的可行性；方法 分析67例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。结果 子宫肌瘤患者妊娠期各种并发症的发生率为91．0％，剖宫产率为86．6％，其中55例患者于剖宫产术中同时行肌瘤剜除术。结果 子宫肌瘤可使妊娠并发症和难产率增加，妊可使瘤体增大，且易发生变性，剖宫产术中同时行肌瘤剜除术是安全可行的。

Analysis of 67 cases of pregnant women complicated with hysteromyoma

Objective This paper is to investigate the interaction of hysteromyoma and delivery of pregnant women,and the feasibility of hysteromyomectomy performed with cesarean section at the same time.Method Clinical materials of 67 patients with hysteroyoma were analyzed.Result The incidence of different complications that occureed in pregnant period of the patients with hysteromyoma was 91.0%.The rate of cesarean section was 86 6%,and 55 patients among who were performed cesarean section were performed hysteromyomectomy at the same time.Conclusion hysteromyoma could increase the pregnant complications as well as the incidence of dystocia,and pregnancy could make not only the volume of hysteromyoma larger but also hysteromyoma easier to degenerate.The hysteromyomectomy performed with cesarean section at the same time was safe and feasible.
