摘    要:目的:研究不同载倚加载于下颌前磨牙临床常见的创伤性咬合点时牙体组织的应力分布。方法:以电子计算机技术建立了包括牙齿、牙周膜、硬骨板、松质骨和皮质骨的下颌前磨牙三维有限元模型。分别在15种不同载荷下,计算出牙体组织的最大主应力、最小主应力和Von Mises应力。结果:垂直向载荷下,应力集中于牙颈部;斜向载荷下,牙体组织应力明显增大,且应力主要集中于牙根。结论:本结果为非龋性牙颈部缺损及牙根纵裂的病因提供了生物力学依据。

Abstract:Objective: To study the stress of mandible premolar under various loadings on its traumatic occlusal spots. Methods: The three-dimensional finite element model, consisting of tooth, peridental membrane, compact and cancellous bone, was developed. 15 loadings were applied respectively, and the maximum principle stress, the minimum principle stress and the Von Mises stress of the tooth tissue were calculated. Results: The stress concentration exhibited at the cervical regions when vertical loadings were applied; under the oblique loadings, the stress increased greatly and concentrated in the root. Conclusions: The results provide biomechanical bases for the non-carious cervical lesions and vertical root fracture.
