山西省晋中市榆次区2000～2004年布鲁氏菌病资料分析

[目的]掌握布病流行动态，以便制定相应防治策略。[方法]对2000～2004年布病有关资料进行分析。[结果J2000-2004年我区合计发现布病病人420例，5年发病率（／10万）分别为19．36、17．59、19．25、15．91、6．93；男性为125．99，女性为29．36；4～10岁为12．90，11～20岁为39．93，21～40岁为100．08，41～60岁为125．83，61～78岁为38．34；420例病人中，饲养放牧者167例，宰羊工78例，给羊只助产者108例，皮毛加工者41例，无直接暴露史者26例；4～6月发病187例，1～3月发病128例，7～9月发病65例，10～12月发病40例。检疫羊只113106只，血清凝集试验阳性的1194只，阳性率为1055．64／10万。[结论]近年来布病发病率有所下降。男性青壮年是布病的高危人群，高危职业为羊的饲养、屠宰和皮毛加工人员。

Data Analysis of Brucellosis in Yuci Distrct of Jinzhong City from 2000 to 2004

[Objective]To master the prevalence trend of brucellosis,in order to find out the corresponding measure of control and prevention.[Methods]To analyse the related data of brucellosis in Yuci distrct from 2000 to 2004.[Results]420 patients were found out from 2000 to 2004,each year's morbidity of brucellosis were 19.36,17.59,19.25,15.91,6.93 per 100 000,respectively,with 25.99 and 5.8 respectively for male and female,12.90,39.93,100.08,125.83 and 38.34 respectively for age groups from 4 to 10,from 11 to20,from 21to 40,from 41 to 60 and from 61to 78.Among all 420 patients,stages from April toJune,from January to march,from July to September,and from October to December,covered 187,128,65,40 respectively;and the number of patients who worked at feeding or browsing sheep,butchering sheep,processing fur,accoucheing for sheep and exposed indirectly were 167,78,108,41 and 26 respectively;113 106 sheep were detected,the antibody-positive one was 1 194,the positive rate was 1055.64100 000.[Conclusion]Morbidity of brucellosis declined obviously from 2000 to 2004,especially in 2004,the adult men who worked at feeding,browsing and butchering sheep were high risk population for brucellosis.
