| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨利用震动排痰机的叩击和震动原理缓解与治疗卧床患者功能性便秘的临床效果.方法 选取呼吸科慢性支气管急性发作卧床72 h以上患者80例进行分组护理,并对照分析.实验组:常规护理加叩击与震动;对照组:常规护理加腹部按摩.结果 入院后第1周两组便秘患者排便效果进行对比,实验组的总有效率65.79%,与对照组比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义.入院后第2周两组便秘患者排便效果进行对比,实验组的排便效果明显改善,总有效率89.19%,与对照组比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义.结论 利用震动排痰机的叩击和震动原理来缓解与治疗卧床患者功能性便秘,可为临床实施有效护理提供一个新的思路.
