通心络胶囊治疗颈动脉粥样硬化疗效观察

目的观察通心络胶囊对颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法选择96例颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为通心络治疗组和对照组,每组48例。对照组采用临床常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊1.14g,每日3次,疗程均为6个月。2组患者治疗前后以彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉内膜—中层厚度(IMT)以及斑块情况。包括斑块最大厚度(T_(max))、横切面最大面积(S_(max))及斑块个数(N)和斑块体积等,并检查血糖和血脂,同时记录不良事件的发生情况。结果治疗组IMT、T_(max)变薄,S_(max)缩小,斑块体积变小(均为P<0.05),对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),2组治疗前后斑块个数均无明显变化(P>0.05)。随访1年治疗组脑血管不良事件较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊可以明显减轻颈动脉粥样硬化病变,减少脑血管疾病发生,有效防治脑血管疾病。

Therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on carotid atheronecrosis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on carotid atheronecrosis. Methods 96 patients with carotid atheronecrosis were randomly divided into two groups(48 cases in each group). The primary diseases in all the patients were treated.The patients in control group were treated by routine therapy, however,the patients in treatment group,on the basis of routine therapy,were given orally Tongxinluo capsule(1.14 g,3 times a day),with a treatment course of 6 months for both groups.The carotid artery inner-intermediate thickness (IMT)and plaque state including plaque's size,T_(max),S_(max)and plaque number were examined by color Doppler ul- trasonography,and blood sugar,blood lipid and adverse reaction were recorded.Results After 6-month fllow-up,the IMT,T_(max)in treatment group became thinner,and S_(max)and size of plaque obviously decreased(P<0.05),howe vet,there were no significant differences in these parameters of control group before and after treatment(P>0.05). After treatment there were significant differences in these parameters between two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in plaque's number of both groups before treatment and after treatment(P>0.05).After 1-year follow up,the incidence of cerebrovascular adverse events in treatment group was obviously less than that of eontrul group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxiuluo capsule can obviously alleviate the pathological changes of carotid atheronecrosis,decrease the incidence of cerebrovascular diseases,and effectively prevent and treat cerebrovascular diseases.
