低场强磁共振成像诊断脑内海绵状血管瘤:附13例报告

摘    要:目的 探讨低场强磁共振扫描脑内海绵状血管瘤的影像学特点。方法 回顾性分析13例脑内海绵状血管瘤低场强磁共振扫描的影像学表现。结票 13例中男9例,女4例,年龄8~60岁,平均年龄29岁。其中8例经手术病理证实。10例行增强扫描,3例行MRA,2例行DsA检查,5例经半年以上复查病灶影像无变化。13例中发现18个病灶,5个在T1WI上呈等信号,4个为高信号,9个为混杂信号;在T2WI上18个病灶均为不均匀高信号,于抑水序列(FLAIR)所有病灶均呈高信号,梯度回波序列(T2WI)发现9个病灶有低信号环,多数病灶无灶周水肿及占位征象。结论 低场强磁共振扫描可正确诊断脑内海绵状血管瘤。

Abstract:Objective To explore features of imaging by low-field MRI for intracranial cavernous angiomas. Methods Findings in images scanned by low-field MRI for 13 cases of intracranial cavernous angiomas were reviewed. Results Among the 13 cases,9 were men and 4 were women, aged 8-60 years old with an average of 29. 8 cases were confirmed later by surgical pathology.10 cases underwent enhanced scan,3 underwent MRA,2 underwent DSA.5 cases experienced no change in lesions upon return visit a half year later.18 lesions were found in 13 cases,5 displayed equal signals, 4 high signals and 9 clutters. All 18 lesions had uneven high signal on T 2 WI, high signal on FLAIR.9 lesions had low-signal ring on T 2 * WI. Most lesions were free from surrounding edema and space occupying. Conclusion Low field MIR helps to correctly diagnose intracranial cavernous angiomas.
