急性心肌梗死患者急诊冠脉介入治疗前后BNP的变化

目的探讨急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者急诊冠脉介入术前后B型尿钠肽（BNP）水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取98例行急诊冠脉介入治疗的AMI患者,检测介入治疗前后BNP水平的变化,并与同期非急诊冠脉介入术的89例AMI患者治疗前后的BNP水平进行比较。结果两组患者治疗前后BNP水平均降低（P〈0.05）;组间比较显示：行PCI组较非PCI组BNP水平降低更加显著（P〈0.01）,死亡率也显著降低（P〈0.01）。结论 AMI患者治疗前后BNP水平的变化体现心功能恢复的差异,表明急诊冠脉介入术在治疗AMI及改善心功能方面有重要的临床价值。

A clinical research on changes of BNP in patients with acute myocardial infarction before and after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention operation

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of plasma B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP） levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） before and after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention operation（PCI）.Methods Plasma BNP levels in 98 patients with AMI before and after treatment with PCI were detected,89 patients with AMI without PCI in the corresponding period in control group were measured with Triage BNP;Biosite Diagnostics,San Diego,CA.The BNP values in observed groups were compared with that of control group.Results BNP levels markedly increased in two groups before treatment（P0.05）,but with PCI treatment,the plasma BNP levels decreased significantly vs before treatment（P0.01） and death rate declined significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion Emergency PCI plays an important role in treating AMI;the changes of BNP in plasma after PCI are clinically important for predicting the prognosis.
