| 摘 要： | 对55例脑实质炎症或缺氧缺血等引起的严重脑病后遗症患儿进行自血光量子疗法治疗。结果表明治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),微循环明显改善。且提示患儿年龄越小后遗症持续时间越短恢复越好,其中以视力恢复最快,其次是听力和语言,肢体功能的恢复相对较慢。头颅CT显示:17例局灶性脑萎缩患儿10例完全恢复,7例改善,局灶性脑软化改变不著。脑电图的恢复治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | The UBIO was used to treat 55 children with serious encephalopathic sequelae mainly resulting from inflammation, anoxia and ischemia of brain, The study showed that improvement of microcirculation and clinic effects in UBIO group were much better than control group of 50 cases (P<0. 01). The less children's age and the shorter sequelae lasts is the better the children recovery. Vision recoveried first, and next audition and language. But the recovery of limbs' function was slower relatively. Among 17 cases of localized encephalatrophy detected by CT, 10 cases entirely restored, 7 cases improved, the localized en-cephalomalacia changed little. The improvement of EEG in UBIO group was better than that in control group (P<0. 01). |
