| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IL-13基因多态性与哮喘患者及其一级亲属之间的关系。方法利用PCR技术、分子信标与毛细管电泳相结合的基因检测技术对45例哮喘患者及其一级亲属,以及43例健康儿童及其一级亲属IL-13 2044A/G基因突变进行分析。结果（1）患者组与对照组间比较,IL-13 2044A/G突变的基因型频率和等位基因频率差别有显著意义（P〈0.025）;（2）一级亲属与其对照组间比较,IL-13 2044A/G突变等位基因频率差别有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论IL-13 2044A/G突变与哮喘显著相关,IL-13 2044A/G可能是黑龙江地区哮喘的一个易感基因。
