采用关节镜下手术治疗踝关节骨性关节炎的方法及预后分析

目的:分析关节镜下手术方案对踝关节骨性关节炎进行治疗的临床效果和预后.方法:将2017年6月~2018年10月来本院进行治疗的踝关节骨性关节炎患者44例设置为观察组,治疗的过程中所有患者应用关节镜下手术方案进行治疗,另外选择同期来本院进行治疗的44例踝关节骨性关节炎患者作为对照组,对所有患者以普通的手术方案进行治疗,对两组患者经过不同治疗以后的临床效果进行评价和比较.结果:观察组治疗有效41例,有效率为93.18%,对照组有效40例,有效率为90.91%,观察组和对照组之间没有差异性,P>0.05;观察组出现不良反应2例,发生率为4.55%,对照组出现不良反应2例,发生率为4.55%,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;两组患者治疗以后对于改良McGuire评分、Mazur踝关节功能评分、日常活动评分等进行比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义.结论:踝关节骨性关节炎患者在治疗的时候通过采用关节镜下手术治疗方案进行治疗,能够取得良好的治疗效果,并且提升治疗的安全性,促进患者病症的恢复.

Methods and Prognostic Analysis of Ankle Osteoarthritis by Arthroscopic Surgery

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and prognosis of the treatment of ankle osteoarthritis by arthroscopy surgery scheme.Methods:44 patients with ankle osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were set as observation group.During the treatment,all patients were treated with arthroscopy surgery.Forty-four patients with ankle osteoarthritis who came to our hospital for treatment were used as a control group.All patients were treated with common surgical procedures.The clinical effects of the two groups after different treatments were evaluated and compared.Results:The treatment group was effective in 41 cases,the effective rate was 93.18%,the effective rate was 40 in the control group,and the effective rate was 90.91%.There was no difference between the observation group and the control group,P>0.05;2 cases had adverse reactions in the observation group.The incidence rate was 4.55%,and the adverse reactions occurred in 2 cases in the control group,with an incidence rate of 4.55%,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,the two groups had improved McGuire score,Mazur ankle function score,daily activity score,etc.For comparison,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:When treating patients with ankle osteoarthritis by adopting arthroscopy surgery treatment scheme,it can achieve good treatment results,and improve the safety of treatment.
