无痛局麻仪注射硬化剂治疗舌下腺囊肿的临床观察

目的:探讨无痛局麻仪注射硬化剂治疗舌下腺囊肿的临床效果。方法:将66例舌下腺囊肿患者随机分为两组各33例,对照组予以传统针管式注射5%鱼肝油酸钠治疗,研究组予以无痛局麻仪注射5%鱼肝油酸钠治疗。比较两组注射疼痛程度、临床疗效、并发症及12个月内的复发率。结果:研究组无痛3例(20.51%),轻度疼痛17例(61.54%),中度疼痛13例(17.95%),重度疼痛0例(0);对照组分别为0例(0),5例(38.46%),15例(56.41%),13例(5.13%),两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治愈16例(20.51%),有效13例(61.54%),无效4例(17.95%);对照组分别为11例(20.51%),18例(61.54%),4例(17.95%),两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后均出现不同程度的局部肿胀,无需特殊处理可自行消退。研究组1例(3.03%)进食困难;对照组8例(24.24%)进食困难,5例(15.15%)言语困难,1例(3.03%)黏膜坏死。两组并发症比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组复发4例(12.12%),对照组复发3例(9.09%),两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无痛局麻仪注射硬化剂治疗舌下腺囊肿最突出的优势体现在能够显著减轻疼痛,提高患者的舒适度。

Clinical Observation of Painless Local Anaesthesia Injection of Sclerosing Agent in the Treatment ofSublingual Gland Cysts

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of painless local anesthesia injection of sclerosing agent on sublingual gland cysts.Methods:Sixty-six patients with sublingual gland cysts were randomly divided into two groups of 33 cases.The control group was treated with traditional needle-injection of 5%sodium cocoate,and the research group was given painless local anesthesia.The degree of injection pain,clinical efficacy,complications,and relapse rate within 12 months were compared between the two groups.Results:There were 3 cases of painlessness(20.51%)in the study group,17 cases of mild pain(61.54%),13 cases of moderate pain(17.95%),0 cases of severe pain(0),and 0 cases of control group(0)There were 5 cases(38.46%),15 cases(56.41%),and 13 cases(5.13%).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).16 cases(20.51%)were cured in the study group,13 cases(61.54%)were effective,and 4 cases(17.95%)were ineffective;the control group was 11 cases(20.51%),18 cases(61.54%),and 4 cases(17.95%).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Local swelling of different degrees occurred in both groups after treatment,and it can resolve on its own without special treatment.1 case(3.03%)in the study group had difficulty eating;8 cases(24.24%)in the control group had difficulty eating,5(15.15%)had difficulty speaking,and 1 case(3.03%)had mucosal necrosis.The complications of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Four cases(12.12%)relapsed in the study group and 3 cases(9.09%)relapsed in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The most prominent advantage of painless local anaesthesia injection sclerosing agent in treating sublingual gland cysts is that it can significantly reduce pain and improve patient comfort.
