脑卒中发病率和致残率较高,会严重影响患者的正常生活和工作.重复经颅磁刺激通过不同频率刺激对皮质产生兴奋或抑制作用,提高或降低脑血流及代谢,促进脑部病理生理的改变,显著激活脑区,有效地促进了脑卒中术后的恢复.尤其在脑卒中后的失语、运动功能障碍、单侧空间忽略及抑郁等方面的康复发挥着越来越重要的作用,其有效性已获得较充分的证据.

Advances in the Application of Repetitive Transcranial Stimulation in Post-Stroke Rehabilitation

Stroke is a disease that seriously endangers human life and health and has a very high disability rate,which seriously affects daily living ability and quality of life.Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can stimulate or inhibit the cortex with different frequencies,improve or reduce cerebral blood flow and metabolism,promote the pathophysiological changes of the brain,significantly activate the brain region,and effectively promote the recovery after stroke.In particular,the rehabilitation of aphasia,motor dysfunction,unilateral spatial neglect and depression after stroke is playing an increasingly important role.
