CT与MRI在老年人肺结节及肺癌中的诊断价值研究

目的:探究CT与MRI在老年人肺结节及肺癌中的诊断价值。方法:从2015年7月~2018年12月到本院进行肺结节及肺癌治疗的老年患者中任意挑选100例患者作为本次的研究对象,按照平均分配的方式将其分为两个诊断小组,每个小组50例肺结节及肺癌老年患者,在其他条件相同的情况下,诊断A组选择CT扫描的方法进行诊断,诊断B组选择MRI技术进行诊断,将两组肺结节及肺癌老年患者的诊断结果进行比较。结果:CT与MRI在老年人肺结节及肺癌的诊断结果上明显的差异,CT组的肺癌诊断准确率较高,而MRI技术的组织分辨力较高,两组肺结节及肺癌老年患者的诊断效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT与MRI在老年人肺结节及肺癌的诊断效果上均有一定的作用,CT扫描技术具有较高的诊断准确率,但MRI技术在诊断的过程中给老年患者带来的放射影响更小,具有较高的组织分辨率。

CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Pulmonary Nodules and Lung Cancer in the Elderly

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in pulmonary nodules and lung cancer in the elderly.Methods:From July 2015 to December 2018 to our hospital for pulmonary nodules and lung cancer treatment of elderly patients selected randomly 100 cases as the research object,according to the distribution of average,they can be divided into two diagnostic groups,each group of 50 cases of elderly patients with pulmonary nodules and lung cancer and other conditions in the same situation,the diagnosis of group A choice method for diagnosis of CT scanning diagnosis group B choose MRI diagnosis technology,the two groups of elderly patients with pulmonary nodules and lung cancer diagnosis.Results:CT and MRI showed significant differences in the diagnosis results of pulmonary nodules and lung cancer in the elderly.The diagnosis accuracy of lung cancer in the CT group was higher,while the tissue resolution of MRI technology was higher.The difference in the diagnosis results of pulmonary nodules and lung cancer in the elderly patients in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT and MRI both play a certain role in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules and lung cancer in the elderly.CT scanning technology has a higher diagnostic accuracy,but MRI technology has a lower radiological impact on the elderly patients in the process of diagnosis and has a higher tissue resolution,which is worth promoting.
